CANCELLATIONS

We understand that people need to cancel appointments, and emergencies happen. We ask that if you need to cancel or make a change, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.

NO-SHOW

If you completely miss your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. Appointments cancelled within 30-minutes of the appointment start-time, at the appointment start-time, or anytime after your scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show. 

 

GRACE PERIOD

Studio | If you are running late to your appointment, are non-responsive to calls/texts/emails, your spray tan artist reserves the right to not provide service after ten minutes of the appointment start time, and you will be considered a no-show.

Mobile | If you are running late to your mobile appointment, are non-responsive to calls/texts/emails, and/or not available to let your artist in to the agreed upon mobile location, your spray tan artist reserves the right to leave the mobile location and not provide service after ten minutes of the appointment start time, and you will be considered a no-show.

 

TAN LINES

Males of any age and girls under the age of 18 are required to wear undergarments during their appointment. No exceptions.

REFUNDS

All single tans and memberships are non-refundable.
